According to LiveLaw, on 3 November 2026 the Bombay High Court in India granted interim protection to Sukhvinder Kaur, known as Radhe Maa, in proceedings concerning her personality rights. Justice Madhav Jamdar reportedly ordered Google, India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and Department of Telecommunications to ensure the removal of the challenged online content flagged by the claimant. The reported order therefore concerns content identified in the proceedings and provides provisional protection without finally determining the merits of the case.

LiveLaw reports that Radhe Maa’s lawyer submitted a list of URLs containing material that the claimant alleged was obscene, sexually explicit and defamatory, and falsely depicted her. In passages from the order reproduced in the article, the judge also refers to content superimposing her face and using her voice on another woman’s body, finding grounds for immediate protection of personality rights, privacy and dignity. The technique used is not specified, so these manipulations cannot be attributed to AI. The order has not been consulted directly: the account of its scope and reasoning remains limited to the news report.
