Integrated legal assessment

An AI agreement may involve works, personal data, confidential information and liability at the same time. The outcome of the matter often depends on reading them together.

Law and the use of technology
Working knowledge of the major AI systems makes it possible to ask the relevant legal questions: what information goes in, what results are produced, who uses them and on what terms.
International contracting experience
Long practice in negotiating licences and agreements for the acquisition and exploitation of rights now extends to agreements for the development and use of generative artificial intelligence.
Data protection in the same assessment
Certified DPO status brings the examination of processing activities, supplier relationships and the professional use of documents into the legal assessment.

Scope and method of the engagement

Define the context
Parties, activities, countries involved, available materials and purpose of the assessment. The scope of the engagement is defined by the actual matter.
Examine the relationships
Contracts, licences, notices, terms of use and project documentation are examined in a coordinated way to identify inconsistencies, gaps and points requiring further examination.
Assessment outputs
Opinions, contract review, organisational documents or targeted research: the form of the work follows the need, not a standard model. Before the engagement, its scope, arrangements and fee are agreed in writing.
